Charles Spinelli has built his career at the intersection of business, leadership, and faith. As President of E3 HR, Inc., along with five affiliated companies, he oversees organizations that provide payroll and employee administration services to clients across the United States — supporting more than 60,000 employees in 48 states. With over 26 years of executive management experience, Charles has shaped businesses that help small and mid-sized companies run smoothly, freeing them to focus on growth and people.

Before entering the HR world, Charles worked as a corporate and securities attorney, specializing in insurance and investment banking. That foundation in law and finance still informs his work today — especially his focus on structure, accountability, and ethics in leadership.

A double graduate of Fordham University, he earned both his business degree (1985) and law degree (1989) there, later serving on the university’s President’s Council. His lifelong curiosity led him to pursue theology later in life; in 2020 he completed his Master of Theology, magna cum laude, from Holy Apostles College, and he’s now working toward a doctorate in divinity from Master’s International University of Divinity.

Sports have been a constant throughline in his story. A former college football and lacrosse player, Charles has spent more than 20 years coaching women’s lacrosse, from youth programs to the national stage. He currently serves as Assistant Varsity Coach at Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child, a top-ranked program, and recently coached at the 2024 Women’s European Lacrosse Championship. His athletic legacy is recognized with a place in Fordham University’s Athletic Hall of Fame.

Beyond business and sport, Charles’s life is deeply rooted in faith and service. He’s a member of Regnum Christi and the Knights of Columbus, President of the New York Tri-State Chapter of the Lumen Institute, and a board member of Safe Harbor Ministries, where he helps former inmates reenter society with dignity and support. He also serves on the Finance Committee of Inspire Women’s Center, lending his expertise to organizations that align with his values.

As a speaker and catechetical presenter, Charles Spinelli often talks about how faith can inform leadership, entrepreneurship, and everyday decision-making. His work — whether in the boardroom, on the field, or in the community — reflects a consistent belief: that true leadership is measured not just by success, but by the integrity and compassion you bring to it.
